Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy.
  • Manage the overall recruitment and selection process.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
  • Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills with a pleasing personality are essential.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or another HR Executive is required.
  • The ideal candidate should be people-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics is necessary.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases is desirable.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills is essential.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
