">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.
">This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about human resources and wants to make a real impact in the organization.
">The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HRBP roles, with a strong background in recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Evaluate current performance management philosophy and framework, recommend process enhancements, and support implementation and execution;">
- Execute cyclical people processes such as goal setting, annual and midyear performance cycles, promotions compensation management, etc. with timeline adherence;">
- Work closely with the BU / HR teams in preparing org, BU, and team level interventions, deliver on succession planning, and follow through to ensure effectiveness of programs;">
- Assist lead people partners with planning and roll out of people programs and initiatives across locations;">
- Provide inputs to lead people partners on policy gaps or introductions of policies that will benefit the organization;">
- Drive associate engagement initiatives through effective associate connects, conduct periodic communication forums;">
- Capture insights and plan key action from focused group discussions;">
- Handle separations process end to end conducting exit interviews to ensure smooth closure of F&F;">
- Coach managers on their roles and issues;">
- Conduct step – up meetings for new managers;">
- Other projects & responsibilities as identified and created basis organizational needs;">
Requirements:
">Essential Qualifications:
">- ">
- PG Diploma in HR or equivalent degree;">
- 7+ years work experience in the human resources field;">
- Data savvy, reporting and MIS;">
- Experience in conceptualizing and executing HR projects;">
Preferred Experience:

- Performance management;">
- Employee engagement and grievance handling;">
- People management and leadership coaching;">
Preferred Technical Skills:
">- ">
- Experience in assessment / development centers;">
- Competency mapping and development;">
- Behavioral coach certification / experience;">

- Strong business and client centricity;">
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills;">
- Learning agility;">
- Strong team player, with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management;">
