About the Role:
  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee all aspects of the hiring process, including sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Develop Sourcing Strategies: Create and implement effective plans to attract top talent, leveraging various channels and techniques.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
