Senior Campus Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a visionary professional to lead our Placement team as a strategic recruitment specialist.
This role is responsible for driving campus recruitment, building industry partnerships, and managing career services & placements.
- Translate relationships into business outcomes by developing accounts and forging connections with corporate partners.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to build and maintain strong relationships with leading organizations.
- Proactively create and manage a portfolio of engagement opportunities, including securing guest speakers, sourcing projects, and establishing mentorship programs.
- Lead the career services function, guiding students through their career development journey and managing the end-to-end placement process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring a seamless relationship.
- Cultivate a network of corporate partners that aligns with our mission and provides a competitive advantage for our students and programs.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum 5-7 years' experience in business development or relevant roles.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A deep understanding of the business landscape and talent needs.
- Travel within the region to meet clients and engage them for campus placement.
Education: Any Postgraduate/MBA or related degree. Skills/Capabilities required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage priorities, key account management, self-driven and goal-oriented, and demonstrated ability to sell to CXOs.
