We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive full-cycle recruiting, leveraging data-driven insights and executing leadership hiring. This role requires deep expertise in recruitment analytics, hiring dashboards, and strategic talent acquisition within a high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and product roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  • Build and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
  • Develop and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment experience), ideally with corporate recruiting environment with full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience in a senior recruitment role managing senior level roles with driving strategic approaches, ideally IT hiring.
  • Create & maintain recruitment dashboard and regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, salary ranges and market trends.
  • Set & deliver high customer service standards to both internal and external candidates.
  • Drive innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines within a line of business through targeted candidate relationship interactions.
  • Managing candidate inquiries, candidate care and facilitating employee processes involving candidates.
  • Consult on selection decision and offers, frequently involving complex terms and conditions as well as providing strong consultation to management on recruiting and Human Resources policy.
  • Complete all process requirements including dispositioning candidates, and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements.
