Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and execution.

This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various business units, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy, collaborating with department heads, HR teams, and external partners to meet the company's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand workforce requirements.
  • Set and monitor key recruitment metrics to ensure goals are met.

Team Leadership & Management:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and mentor a team of recruitment specialists and coordinators, ensuring a high-performing, efficient, and motivated team.

They will provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the identification, sourcing, and selection of qualified candidates for open positions.

They will manage and continuously enhance the company's talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

Hiring Process Optimization:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will ensure a seamless recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
