  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and onboarding, ensuring a consistent and efficient process that delivers high-quality talent within defined timelines.
  • Talent Pipeline & Market Mapping: Build strong candidate pipelines for niche and critical roles, conducting ongoing market research and talent mapping for the wellness, beauty, and consumer goods sectors.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure recruitment effectiveness, managing external recruitment agencies, consultants, and job portals.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Enhance the employer brand through recruitment campaigns, social media, and industry networks, delivering a superior candidate experience to attract and retain top talent.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, quality of hire), providing regular dashboards and insights to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. 7-12 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, retail, or beauty/wellness sectors.
  2. Proven track record of end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions - marketing, sales, manufacturing, operations, and support.
  3. Strong exposure to recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies.
  4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  5. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.
