We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Expert to lead our recruitment efforts. This is a career-defining opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven professional who can drive business growth through strategic talent acquisition.
- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate management, and interview coordination, for multiple clients across diverse industries.
- Develop and execute tailored talent acquisition plans to meet client needs with quality and speed, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure consistent service delivery and satisfaction, driving long-term partnerships.
- Mentor and manage a team of recruiters, tracking performance and driving growth through targeted training and development initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client coordination, guaranteeing timely and effective communication throughout the hiring process.
- Optimize vendor partnerships and candidate pipelines for maximum efficiency, leveraging industry best practices and technology solutions.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, and executive search roles, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and implement improvements in delivery processes, driving continuous quality improvement and excellence.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5+ years of experience in HR Consultancy recruitment, preferably in a staffing or recruitment agency environment.
- A proven ability to handle delivery and recruitment independently, with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate screening.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations and stakeholder relationships.
- Effective client management and stakeholder handling capabilities, with a focus on building long-term partnerships and driving business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS systems, with a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
