Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact with candidates to final selection and onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and workforce planning requirements.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Manage and optimize vendor partnerships to ensure quality hiring outcomes.
  • Reporting and Insights: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools for reporting and insights.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience: 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a GCC/shared services setup.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of hiring for engineering and support functions at mid to senior levels.
  • Skills: Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Management: Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities.
  • Certifications: Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, or any relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage.
