Job Title: Hiring Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Hiring Manager to oversee the entire recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
  • Development and implementation of effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Management of employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the finance or investment industry.
  • Strong Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance, as well as skills in managing employee benefits, compensation, and payroll.
