Job Title: Team Lead

  • Training & Development: Training programs are designed to address skill gaps and support employee growth.
  • Compliance: Compliance with labour laws, regulations and company policies is ensured. Audits and reporting are handled as needed.
  • Organisational Culture: A positive organisational culture is promoted and initiatives are implemented to drive employee engagement and satisfaction.
