Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Data Analytics hiring efforts.

The successful candidate will lead a team of recruitment experts, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes knowledge sharing and professional development.

This individual must possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are also essential for success in this role.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and tools specific to data analytics hiring.

A minimum of 12-14 years of overall experience, including 4+ years in data analytics hiring, is required. Team management experience of at least 4 years is also mandatory.

This position requires a bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, business analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition and Management:

The successful candidate will be responsible for devising sourcing strategies, recruiting using multiple channels, and ensuring process adherence.

This individual must drive diversity, equity, and inclusion practice from a recruiting lens, building affinity, sourcing, training, and selection strategies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, business analytics, or a related field

This position reports directly into the BL/SBL Human Resources department.
