
Talent Acquisition Strategist

The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, holding a pivotal leadership position that steers clients through their recruitment journey with strategic insight and unwavering excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: The operational leader will act as the first point of contact for the client and the first escalation point for any daily operational issues.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with client stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and drivers, ensuring resource strategies are aligned and forecasting is accurate.
- Team Performance: Ensure the onsite team consistently meets all internal and client-facing KPIs and SLAs.
Experience: A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Technology hiring and 3-5+ years of experience in a program management or team leadership role, preferably within a large-scale recruitment environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and gain cooperation among team members and clients.
