About the Role
  • This is a key position in our organization responsible for driving volume hiring into BPO - Service Delivery teams in India.
  • The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner closely with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop an overall talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive talent acquisition volume hiring into BPO - Service Delivery teams, working closely with the TA Head and business leaders to meet client requirements and improve team productivity.
  2. Develop and implement a talent strategy including determining number, skills and experience of people to be inducted into the company.
  3. Design, plan, acquire, budget and forecast talent needs.
  4. Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers, ensuring all aspects of recruitment and selection process are adhered to.
  5. Drive special projects/initiatives and translate business directions into actionable hiring needs.
Eligibility Criteria
  • A Master's Degree or equivalent education and 12+ years of related experience, with expertise in HR data and systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously and strategically, think critically, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
