Talent Acquisition Overview

As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent to drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

 

  • Recruitment Planning:
  • You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans that meet the company's objectives.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, ensuring the best fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members, facilitating a seamless interview process.
  • Provide feedback to candidates on their application status, maintaining open communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed, ensuring the highest standards of integrity.
  • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system, providing valuable insights for future recruitment initiatives.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement.

 

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

 

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR recruiter, preferably with expertise in recruiting for Non-IT positions.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices in talent acquisition, including diversity and inclusion principles.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, allowing you to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
