Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical thinking, operational rigor, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through active sourcing on platforms, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Drive candidate engagement through structured communication and touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source mix, conversion ratios) and present reports to leadership.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or startup environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight timelines.
- Excellent sourcing skills using social media, headhunting, and direct search.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes.
