Campus Placements Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our campus placements initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have first-hand experience in managing campus placements, boasting strong industry connections and an in-depth understanding of fresher recruitment processes—particularly in fast-growing domains like Data Science, Analytics, and Software Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic relationships with corporates to drive home opportunities for freshers across campuses and online bootcamp programs.
- Nurture relationships with hiring teams to build and maintain robust connections.
- Leverage existing recruiter networks to identify new hiring partnerships.
- Conduct high-quality discussions with recruiters to understand hiring needs and position the learner pool effectively.
- Oversight of the entire recruitment process lifecycle—JD sharing, student shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or MBA from a reputable institution.
- Experience: 3-4 years as a TPO or in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college/B-school.
- Domain Exposure: Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is highly valued.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage recruiters, internal teams, and students with equal effectiveness.
- Process-Oriented: Strong grasp of campus hiring workflows and placement operations.
- Result-Oriented: Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomes.
