Our organization is seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a mental health professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overnight support on a rotational basis, ensuring students receive timely guidance and assistance.
  • Conduct in-person counseling sessions within student hostels, fostering a supportive environment for students to share their concerns.
  • Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through our online portal, enhancing accessibility and convenience.
  • Participate in floor walks alongside wellness champions, building trust and promoting visibility among students.
  • Maintain accurate case notes, records, and reports while adhering to strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus, empowering students to prioritize their emotional well-being.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology is mandatory, providing a solid foundation for delivering high-quality care.
  • (1-8 years) experience working with youth or academic mental health is desirable, although strong interest and potential can be an asset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with students in an empathetic and approachable manner.
  • Flexibility is key, including comfort with night shifts and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required, with knowledge of Bengali being a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse student population.
  • Willingness to reside on campus is necessary, allowing for seamless integration into the campus community.
