The role involves leading placement initiatives for trainees and ensuring strong industry absorption. Key responsibilities include building partnerships with HR leaders and recruiters, organizing campus drives and interviews, and managing dashboards and hiring trackers.
We are looking for a driven individual to manage corporate partnerships, design proposals and frameworks, and represent at networking events. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and present ideas confidently.
The role demands result-oriented mindset, willingness for travel, and performance-driven goals. Experience working with CRM databases, generating B2B opportunities, and executive education leads is an added advantage.
