Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to drive conversions, provide guidance, and support students throughout their application journey for UK higher education institutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in student counselling, admissions, placements, and scholarships to make a real impact on students' academic and professional journeys.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student counselling, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive conversions specifically for Russell Group universities.
  • Provide accurate and updated information on UK admissions, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Coordinate with counsellors, provide regular training, and ensure they are well-informed about UK higher education trends.
  • Monitor and review team cases related to Russell Group universities.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports on conversion progress to management.
  • Support students throughout their application journey, ensuring high-quality counselling and personalised guidance.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in student counselling for the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements.
  • Understanding of UK higher education market dynamics, placements, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent multitasking, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
