Workforce Management Director

The Workforce Management Director leads the team in driving strategic initiatives that enhance productivity, service levels, and cost efficiency. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage a team of planning and tactical analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of planners and analysts to develop strategies for improving workforce management.
  • Provide recommendations to improve productivity while balancing service levels and costs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate measures of forecasts, capacity plans, and schedule plans accuracy by individual analysts as well as globally.
  • Develop contingency plans for unexpected events and simulate different scenarios.
  • Configure data gathering systems and design processes for capturing and recording data.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Previous Contact Center WFM experience.
  • High proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule.
  • Analytical and troubleshooting expertise.
