Job Title: Senior Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced senior corporate lawyer to join our team. As a senior corporate lawyer, you will be responsible for conducting legal research and analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research and provide accurate analysis on various legal matters.
  • Drafting and Reviewing Agreements: Draft and review legal agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, and services agreements.
  • Reviewing and Drafting Documents: Review and draft other legal documents, such as tender documents, authority letters, policies, undertakings, terms and conditions.
  • Supporting the HR Department: Provide support to the human resources department in drafting and reviewing HR documents.
  • Maintaining Records: Maintain legal agreement and document files and databases.
  • Performing Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative and paralegal tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: L.L.B or B.L.S / LL. B. (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree)
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience.
  • Key Skills: Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using MS Office and related tools. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
