Expert Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Lawyer to spearhead our legal department. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting and vetting contracts, handling regulatory matters, conducting research, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting Legal Agreements: Assist in creating and reviewing contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, lease agreements, and employment-related documents.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support senior team members in handling regulatory and compliance matters, ensuring the company adheres to relevant laws and regulations.
- Basic Research: Conduct basic legal research and prepare case summaries and notes.
- Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate documentation and records of all legal files and agreements.
- Contract Compliance: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
- Legal Correspondence: Assist in preparing responses for notices, queries, or legal correspondence.
Requirements:
- LLB with specialization in Corporate Law.
- 1-2 years of experience in corporate law, contracts, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of retail laws, intellectual property, commercial contracts, real estate, labor laws, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
