Role Overview:

We seek a formidable Corporate Lawyer with exceptional strength in litigation, corporate law, and intellectual property. The ideal candidate must possess outstanding litigation prowess, ensuring decisive victories in high-stakes disputes and comprehensive IP protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively handle complex litigation, arbitration, and corporate disputes, ensuring maximum wins.
  • Develop and execute powerful litigation strategies to safeguard Kutumb's interests.
  • Expertly manage IP portfolio—trademarks, copyrights—and vigorously prosecute IP infringement.
  • Advise on corporate law, governance, compliance, and contracts with precision.
  • Draft compelling pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, and IP documents.
  • Strategically manage external legal counsel for alignment and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • LLB from a premier institution (LLM preferred).
  • 4+ years proven success in litigation (must have outstanding courtroom track record).
  • Extensive expertise in IP rights protection and corporate law.
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and strategic litigation skills.
  • Ability to decisively win cases under high pressure.
