Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional with at least 11 years of experience in a legal and compliance role.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive compliance program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Program Development: Develop policy, define processes, implement system controls, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Third-Party Risk Management: Conceptualize an effective third-party risk management program, ensuring due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
  • Due Diligence and Compliance Training: Design and deliver compliance training programs for internal stakeholders, covering formal sessions, informal one-on-one instructions, and internal compliance-related mailers.
  • Risk Mitigation and Advisory Services: Identify risk mitigation plans, provide advisory services on regulatory mandates, and support development of a Tone and culture aligned with CIP requirements.
  • Policy Administration and Ethics: Draft and administer the Code of Conduct and Ethics, ensuring alignment with organizational values and regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Anti-Corruption Expertise: In-depth knowledge of FCPA, UKBA, and other Anti-Corruption laws.
  • Project Management: Independent project management skills, including report development and policy/procedure development in a multinational corporation.
  • Public Speaking and Business Presentation: Experience in public speaking and business presentation, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Regulatory Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with IT industry regulatory standards, including Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Trade Controls, and Immigration laws.
  • Handling Change and Management: Ability to handle change and manage competing priorities effectively.
