Corporate Litigation Specialist

Corporate and Commercial Litigation is a key area of focus for this role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in various legal areas, including Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, Arbitration & Negotiable Instruments Act.

Key qualifications include:

  • 2+ years practicing lawyer before Trial courts at Bangalore.
  • Expertise in IBC or CPC.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates who can speak Kannada are preferred.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and drafting notices, plaints, petitions independently.
  • Coordinating with clients and juniors for filing and ensuring litigation management.
  • Representing the firm before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and Arbitration Tribunals.
  • Assisting senior lawyers during evidence and argument stages.

Benefits include a competitive salary range of 4.5 to 7 lakhs based on the candidate's experience, as well as a performance-based incentive model initiated after one year of service. A three-month probation period applies.
