Firm Description

With a team size of 70, including 40 qualified company secretaries, 20 trainees, and full-time employees, we provide our specialized services to number of Listed, unlisted, start-ups, and MNC companies. Our national office is located in Bengaluru and branch offices in Mumbai and Delhi NCR.

Job Overview

We are seeking highly energetic and motivated Company Secretaries and Aspirants to join our team in Bengaluru. The roles involve overseeing corporate law compliance matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating key corporate activities.

  • Manage day-to-day corporate law compliances, conducting board meetings, shareholders meetings, private placements, rights issues regulatory filings and compliance.
  • Handling IPO assignments, listing requirements, and secretarial compliance.
  • Carrying out Secretarial Audits.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Handling mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence activities.
  • Handling various matters before regulatory authorities such as NCLT, RDs, ROCs, RBI, SEBI, and other statutory bodies.
  • Maintain secretarial records, board meeting documentation, and statutory filings.
