  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating security documents/arrangements and ancillary lending transaction documents.">
  • Collaborate on bilateral uncommitted/committed facilities, syndicated facility/loan agreements, guarantees, and guarantee confirmation letters.">
  • Advise on mortgage-related matters.">

Requirements:

  • Possess a strong legal background with a degree in LLM or LLB.">
  • Have experience in credit agreements and possess excellent drafting and negotiation skills.">
  • Be proficient in credit lending principles.">
