Job Description

As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in advising business teams on strategic debt fund-raising initiatives. You will be responsible for structuring and negotiating complex debt fund-raise documents, including term loans, debentures, and securitization.

You will also provide transaction advisory support for investments, review and negotiate service agreements, vendor contracts, and consultancy agreements. Additionally, you will advise on regulatory environments and corporate commercial matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on debt restructuring and refinancing strategies
  • Negotiating and drafting legal documents for debt transactions
  • Providing regulatory advice on corporate commercial matters

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Law degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
