
Senior Business Development Representative

We are seeking an ambitious Business Growth Associate to join our team and drive revenue expansion, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute growth strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders, and analyze market trends to inform business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand revenue and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
- Provide regular progress updates and insights to the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution.
- 0-1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
