We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth strategy.

  • This role requires a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the staffing recruitment industry through strategic planning execution.

  • Partner with recruitment teams to deliver high-quality staffing solutions ensuring timely successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify develop manage new business opportunities to expand the client base across industries IT BFSI NBFC Telecom Product Service-Based companies.
  • Negotiate finalize agreements with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Achieve monthly quarterly sales targets through strategic planning execution.
  • Represent SGS Consulting at networking events conferences client meetings to promote services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration Marketing HR or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development Sales Recruitment staffing industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong networking relationship-building negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office familiarity with CRM tools.
