We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth strategy.
- This role requires a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the staffing recruitment industry through strategic planning execution.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers stakeholders at client organizations.
- Partner with recruitment teams to deliver high-quality staffing solutions ensuring timely successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify develop manage new business opportunities to expand the client base across industries IT BFSI NBFC Telecom Product Service-Based companies.
- Negotiate finalize agreements with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Achieve monthly quarterly sales targets through strategic planning execution.
- Represent SGS Consulting at networking events conferences client meetings to promote services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration Marketing HR or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development Sales Recruitment staffing industry preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking relationship-building negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office familiarity with CRM tools.
