The Associate Subscription Renewals Representative role at Informatica presents a unique opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and analytical skills in driving subscription renewals. About the Role:
As a Subscription Renewals Representative, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless contract renewals while expanding customer subscriptions. This involves identifying and analyzing customer needs, negotiating with internal teams (Operations, Deal Strategy, and Legal), and collaborating with the sales team to preserve and grow customer relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the renewals process effectively, ensuring timely bookings and smooth transition into new contracts
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
• Develop strategic plans to expand customer spend through targeted negotiations and effective communication
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient renewal processes
What We Offer:
$120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience, plus an array of benefits designed to support your professional growth and personal well-being.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• At least 1+ year of experience in sales, customer support, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex renewal processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to build lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
