Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced business development professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Assume full accountability for all aspects of sales in the region
  • Prospect new customers through targeted marketing campaigns and networking events
  • Liaise with investors, distributors, banks, and institutions to sell specific schemes identified by the Business Head
  • Organize investor awareness programs to promote products and services
  • Build and maintain healthy business relations with customers, enhance customer satisfaction, and secure repeat business
  • Penetrate key accounts and originate upselling opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Account management skills and thorough understanding of products and market trends
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused approach

Requirements:

  • MBA or Graduate with 2-5 years of industry experience
  • Good knowledge of equity, debt markets an advantage
  • MFD certification
