We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Cluster Finance Business Partner Assistant. This role will be responsible for partnering with commercial teams to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Partner with commercial teams to drive business growth and excellence.">
  3. Support contract execution, timely updates, and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.">
  4. Enable AOP delivery on Volume, NSV, and Pricing.">
  5. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and billing.">
  6. Cross-verify royalty calculations and other commercial terms in line with contracts.">
  7. Validate partner-reported data and highlight discrepancies.">
  8. Manage franchise partner accounts, including payment reconciliation and clearing of entries.">
  9. Respond to queries from the DBSI team, providing business context for timely resolution.">
  10. Prepare finance committee and/or executive committee documents.">
  11. Fulfill various ad hoc reporting requirements.">
  12. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution.">
  13. Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA/CA Inter/CMA 2-3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management.">
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.">
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence.">
  • Strong business partnering and collaboration skills.">
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP.">
