Account Growth Strategist Role

This is a pivotal position that drives business expansion for key clients by fostering strong relationships, executing contract closures and renewals, and playing a crucial role in their advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage 5-10 client accounts with dedication and expertise.
  • Establish and nurture executive-level connections with country leaders at key clients.
  • Maintain seamless communication between key clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on key clients' needs, visions, IT roadmaps, and anticipated deviations.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of accounts, their business, and key stakeholders.
  • Promote partnership growth, revenue expansion, and capture new opportunities.
  • Pitch relevant services to key clients with confidence.
  • Identify and capitalize on new markets by developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure timely delivery and high-quality results for all projects.
  • Present reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.

For this dynamic position, we seek a proactive individual with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, minimum 5 years of experience in account management or customer success roles, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a sales-oriented mindset.
