Customer Service Team Lead Position at CapTalent HR

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at CapTalent HR. This role is based in Velachery, Chennai, and involves leading a team of customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in a Customer Care BPO, either international or domestic operations related to voice.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
