Team Lead in Customer Service

We are seeking a skilled Team Lead to drive our Voice operations. Key responsibilities include managing a team, ensuring excellent client handling, and driving team performance through KRA and KPI management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Team Lead in a Customer Care BPO, either international or domestic, in Voice operations.
- Graduation is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Effective team management and performance driving.
- Good client handling skills.
- Archiving of KRA and KPI.
- Associates will handle both inbound and outbound calls, with a focus on pure customer service.
Work Details:
- 6-day working week with Sunday as a fixed off-day.
- Salary: up to 4 LPA.
