Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Expert to lead our Service Team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service for our Home Appliances products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Empower and motivate ASCs and team members to provide a delightful customer experience within set targets.
- Manage and monitor day-to-day activities of the ASC and Customer Service team.
- Ensure prompt response to customer enquiries and resolve complex issues and escalations.
- Supervise and direct a team of ASC customer service representatives, ensuring a smooth workflow process for all customer calls.
- Monitor and follow up on ASCs outstanding and their credit limits to ensure proper flow of spares billings.
- Develop and implement processes to meet customer and company directives, through regular audits and site visits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Customer Service, preferably in the Home Appliances industry.
- Proven experience in challenging customer service environments and leading teams.
- Strong computer software skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license.
