Job Description

We are seeking a talented Content Creator to join our team as a Volunteer Services Fellow. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content that showcases our mission and values.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating engaging social media content
  • Developing email campaigns that resonate with our audience
  • Designing visually appealing WhatsApp copies and visuals
  • Drafting proposals, reports, and white papers
  • Creating web copies that drive engagement
  • Developing ad copies that capture attention
  • Attending events to capture stories and ideas
  • Learning Canva and assisting the team with designs
  • Scripting videos and reels to tell compelling stories
  • Directing videos and reels
  • Subtitling and captioning videos
  • Attending events in Chennai or other cities


Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative writing skills
  • Public speaking skills
  • Storytelling skills
  • Canva designing skills (a plus)
  • Passion for creating content
  • Open to learning and experimentation

Other Information

  • Scope: Full-time
  • Probationary period: 3 months
  • Willing to work with Team Everest for a minimum of 2 years
  • Designation: Volunteer Services Fellow
  • Working days: Monday to Friday, with 2 working Saturdays per month
  • Office timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
  • Office address: Team Everest office, 148, 2nd St, Lakshmi Nagar, Shanthi Nagar, Chromepet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600044
  • Joining date: Immediate
  • No work-from-home: For Chennai employees
  • Non-Chennai employees: Travel to Chennai for training programs and quarterly meetings as required

Estimated salary: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
