About the Role:

ZoomInfo is looking for an experienced Team Lead who excels in communication, presence, and confidence to lead our customer solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of individual contributors to drive customer-focused results
  • Manage team expectations, scope of work, and responsibilities
  • Track team KPIs, including CSAT, TTFR, and ticket types by channel
  • Create policies, procedures, and processes for excellent customer service
  • Provide day-to-day support for our growing customer base
  • Effectively triage and manage escalations to engineering teams
  • Identify renewal risks and up-sell opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and people management experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience at ZoomInfo or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and self-directed problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to be empathetic and responsive
  • Experience working with CRMs, including Salesforce
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to empower end-users
