Housekeeping Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the housekeeping department. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional comfort, hygiene, cleanliness, and hospitality for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and direct a team, and a keen eye for detail. If you have experience in managing day-to-day operations, developing cost management strategies, and implementing high standards of quality service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily activities of the housekeeping department, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and guide the housekeeping team to maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, public spaces, restaurants, and other areas of the hotel.
  • Cost Management: Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize resources and enhance efficiency.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess expertise in the following areas:

  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Sustainability: Implement sustainable practices and procedures that minimize the environmental impact of the hotel's operations.
  • Interior Design: Collaborate with the interior design team to create a visually appealing and comfortable environment for guests.
  • Cleaning Equipment and Chemicals: Ensure that all cleaning equipment and chemicals are properly maintained and used in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
  • Horticulture and Landscaping: Oversee the maintenance of the hotel's gardens and landscaping to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
