The Role

You'll be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment with continuous innovation and learning. You'll have the opportunity to develop products and deliver solutions that help clients identify and fulfill their full potential across the entire value chain of sales and customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Develop pricing products in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct data analysis to generate insights for pricing related IP/tools
  • Prepare presentations, data analysis, and other initiatives to drive project output
  • Oversee and train a team of analysts
  • Take responsibility for assigned work streams and ensure zero-defect analysis
  • Brainstorm with project leaders on various aspects of project or IP work
  • Help drive conversations through analytics, including building dashboards and driving insights
  • Deliver clear and professional presentations to teams/project teams/managers
  • Support operations like training, recruitment, and work with project leaders to drive positive team experience

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in data operations, data analytics, or consulting with pricing/marketing analytics exposure
  • Strong academic records and proficiency in analytical tools (such as Alteryx, Tableau)
  • Good technical, analytical, communication, and team skills
  • Prior experience with data analytics and strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are important
