Job Title: Senior Associate, Pharma Commercial Operations

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to work closely with our clients as a consultant to support all components of incentive compensation design and implementation.

This role will utilize an understanding of corporate, product strategy, and operational/compliance constraints to deliver the IC plan best drive desirable behavior and produce performance.

The associate will also support on all IC related ad hoc analytics and field reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.
  • Solid understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, Goal Setting, and IC Health Check to support client with Sales ops activities.
  • Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and good work ethic.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
