Job Overview:
As a Commercial Leasing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire leasing process, from prospecting to close. This includes managing and directing the daily activities of the leasing operations department, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of leasing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements with clients
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability
- Manage budgets and financial performance of the leasing operations department
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Prior experience in commercial leasing or related field (5+ years)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- PGDM/MBA degree
- Certification in retail leasing (optional)
