Lease Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee the daily functions of our Lease Abstraction team in India and report directly to Senior Director of Support. This role is responsible for managing Local Managed Services, engaging with business leaders locally and globally, driving global integration and standardisation, and contributing vision and leadership consistently with the MRI's Services strategic plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years' experience in Lease Abstraction or related field and managing a global team or other relevant leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire a team to achieve great things, polished skills in communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills, collaborator with problem-solving, 'can-do' mindset, and client-centric focus.
  • Experience with other business SaaS offers a plus.
