
Commercial Real Estate Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Leasing Specialist to drive our commercial real estate business forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and leasing strategies that deliver exceptional results.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, client handling, and negotiations. You will work closely with property owners, tenants, and investors to coordinate lease agreements and sales discussions, and develop strong relationships with developers, landlords, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and leasing strategies to drive business growth
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients to expand our network
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction execution
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity through market research
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions
- Promote company values and policies to ensure compliance
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and lease/sale processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA or Master's preferred
