Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Sourcing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of sourcing managers across multiple locations.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing KPIs aligned with project sales goals.
- Review team performance regularly and drive target achievement through structured planning.
- Source potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects in Thane.
- Build and manage a lead pipeline by tapping into investor circles, HNIs, and direct client sources.
- Track quality of leads being generated and converted by the sourcing team & pre-sales team.
- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing managers.
- Set and review performance metrics.
- Source potential clients.
- Manage the lead pipeline.
- Coordinate with on-site Sales team.
- 3-18 years of experience in real estate sales, channel management, or client acquisition.
- A Graduate degree from any discipline is required, and an MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate is preferred.
- A strong channel partner network across MMR (especially Thane).
- Proven experience in client sourcing and broker engagement for real estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Local market knowledge of residential, retail & commercial real estate.
- A self-starter with field sales DNA and high drive for targets.
