Closing Manager – Real Estate Job Summary
The Closing Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless property closings. This position requires effective coordination between multiple stakeholders, including buyers, sellers, legal teams, and banks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire property closing process from booking to registration/handover.
- Coordinate with customers, sales teams, legal advisors, and banks for documentation and loan processing.
- Ensure accuracy of agreements, payment schedules, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Resolve client queries related to agreements, stamp duty, registration, and possession.
- Maintain closing MIS reports and update management on weekly progress.
Qualifications & Experience :
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–6 years of experience in real estate, preferably in closing/registration/documentation. They should have strong knowledge of property registration procedures, stamp duty, RERA compliance, and loan disbursement processes.
