About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Data Analyst to lead data aggregation projects, develop reporting systems, and work with pharmaceutical data. This role combines technical data expertise with project management and client-facing responsibilities in the pharmaceutical data space.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with HIPAA-compliant data management. A proven track record of managing data aggregation projects from conception to delivery, developing data management and reporting systems, and working with specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL data is essential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience.
  • Proven experience with patient and/or payer data management solutions in the US pharmaceutical market.
  • Strong Python coding skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word).
  • HIPAA-compliant data management experience.
  • Experience with specialty distributor EDI data preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial life sciences datasets preferred.
