Analytics Lead

We are seeking a highly analytical professional with experience in retail/e-commerce domain who can work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop and maintain data infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional and technical expertise, with a keen eye for detail and ability to analyze complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with data scientists, analysts and stakeholders to understand data needs and collaborate on insights integration into operational processes.
  • Develop and maintain data models to support analytics and reporting, including dimensional models and star schemas.
  • Implement comprehensive data quality frameworks and monitoring systems to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency of retail and e-commerce data.
  • Lead end-to-end analytics projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and database technologies, core expertise with dbt (data build tool), experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Airflow) and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
